Outdoor Sports Rules and Notes

All Team members should have emails and phone numbers listed.
Rosters will be finalized by week 2 of play, including photos of players
All team captains are responsible for reporting scores to bar manager/commissioner each night.
If you cannot make a game, reach out to the captain of the team you are playing 24 hours in advance. Email abby@reunionrestautant.com to confirm a makeup time and report scoring.
No carry-ins allowed. This is food and drinks and water bottles could be checked.
No pets or smoking on the courts.
Pets must be cared for and behaved.
Smoking allowed off of the sand.
No children allowed in the sand at anytime, but are welcome.
There is to be mutual respect for each team and bullying or name calling will not be tolerated. It is at the commissioners discretion to remove any member or team for any misconduct.
There will be no refunds after removal for any reason. There will be no refunds for any reason.
If a game is called off, you will receive an email and it will be posted on the website. It will be called by 4pm.
If you play on more than one team, you can only play on one playoff team per night. Therefore, you cannot be in the core 6. You must be rostered on both teams to play.
No updates or changes can be made to the roster during playoffs. No subs will be allowed during playoffs.
$5 Margaritas, $18 Pitchers, $10 Pizzas outside only (not including the Patio)
Teams will ref their own games
-If anything is in question, only captains may discuss and call it
-If no agreement can be made, the point will be replayed
-Matches will have 3 games to 21, cap at 23. Games must be won by two points unless the cap was met.
Matches must start on time, late players can rotate in. 5 minutes late start, game one is forfeited. 15 minutes or later, match is forfeited.
Captains will rock, paper, scissors prior to start of the first game for serve/receive and side.
If the ball hits the net on a serve, will be played as long as it passes the pole and is within bounds.
Only court balls can be used for play, no personal balls can be used.
If your team hits the ball two or more time, one of the hits must be by a girl
Players must rotate.
Its illegal to block or attack a serve
Players may set the serve
Players in the back row may not block
A ball going to the opposite side of the net must pass between the support poles
If the ball hits the boundary line, it is in
Aggressive spiking not allowed, but must be called by team or replayed if in question.
If the ball comes over from another court, the point will be replayed
3rd match is optional as long as there game winner. Both captains must agree or not agree to play the final game. It will not be allowed to play if there is less than 15 minutes left to play within the hours
No less than 4 players can play.
There are to be no subs during playoffs.
All subs must be registered and a waiver signed.
Captains will rock, paper, scissors for board position choice.
Players must stand across from their teammate on the same side of the board.
Each game switches board position.
You are able to bring your own bags to play.
