Pick a package, a date and a time. Pay the $100.00 deposit on Square and the upstairs party room is yours. The rest is paid at the party.

7. The party terms
The deposit is non-refundable and comes off your final bill. The rest is paid at the party. Sales tax and 20% gratuity are added to the final bill. Cancel 14 or more days ahead to owe nothing further; later than that you are responsible for costs already incurred. Final guest count is due one week before the party (minimum 10 kids). Outside food and drink stay home, except a cake from a licensed bakery (proof 24 hours ahead; cake cutting $1.50 per plate).
  1. The deposit is non-refundable. It is applied to your final bill, less any damage to the room caused by your group.
  2. The balance is due at the end of the party. Sales tax and a 20% gratuity are added to the final bill. Personal or business checks are not accepted without prior approval from management.
  3. Guaranteed final count is due one week before the party. Birthday parties have a minimum of 10 kids.
  4. Cancel 14 or more days before the party and you owe nothing further. Cancel 13 days out or later and you are responsible for costs Reunion has already incurred for your party.
  5. Only food and drink provided by Reunion may be served, by health code. You may bring a cake from a licensed bakery (proof 24 hours ahead). Cake cutting is $1.50 per plate.
  6. Tax-exempt groups send their letter at least 7 days before the party.
  7. Menu selections and prices can change with market conditions and availability.
  8. You are responsible for damage caused by your group during the party and agree to the terms of the Reunion Restaurant event contract (MB Dining dba Reunion Restaurant). Disputes are handled in Reunion's local jurisdiction.
